Big ♥ NYC

Last night!

An installation in New York's Time's Square features a 10 foot tall, glowing 3-dimensional interactive heart right out in the middle of the public plaza. It's made up of 400 transparent, LET-lit, acrylic tubes in the form of a cube with a heart suspended within it.
The New York Observer describes the interaction:
"Simple acts such as touching the heart make it glow brighter as the “energy” from passer-byers’ hands is transformed into more light. The more people who feel the sensor at one time, the faster the heart will beat, as if it were actually feeling the warmth of its suitor’s attention."

Located at: Duffy Square (46th St. & Broadway, Manhattan) until February 29th
