FREE/Donation-based: RevFit Class in Astoria Park!


Come workout with RevFit at 7pm in Astoria Park and enjoy the weather and scenery while getting faster, stronger, and leaner!
Workouts begin with Eischen Yoga, then move on to full-body movements designed to engage your entire body and strengthen the core. Our workouts improve balance, strength, and agility. We'll end with some corrective stretching to make sure our bodies maintain proper function.
All classes are donations-based. No one will be turned away for lack of funds! Some equipment is provided, but please bring a yoga mat if you have one! See you there!
